Send a drawing, a sketch or a photo of a trolley you already import. We quote from your dimensions, confirm the structure with you, build a sample, then run production in the same four operations we use for our own trolleys — laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and powder coating, all in our own building in Ningbo.

What Happens After You Press Send
A different trolley is just a different combination of tube diameter, sheet thickness and frame structure — which is why small changes cost you nothing in tooling.
02 · Drawing Confirmation
We sign your NDA on request, fix the agreed dimensions into a production drawing and confirm material grade, finish, casters, packing and quantity tiers with you.
03 · Sample Build
One unit is built on the same jigs as production, packed the same way as production, and shipped for your approval. What you approve is what arrives in volume.
04 · Batch Production
Production runs on retained fixtures, with inspection records per shipment. Repeats keep the same settings, so batch 12 matches the sample.
Manufacturing Route
Four Operations, in Our Own Building
No outsourcing in the middle of the process. The same team that quotes your drawing also cuts, bends, welds and coats it.
Laser Cutting
Tubes mitred, plates nested. Deck holes, slots and mounting patterns cut to the drawing.
CNC Bending
Shelves, decks and trays formed repeatably, with lips and channels as drawn.
Welding
Where load capacity is actually decided. Frames located in fixtures before every pass.
Powder Coating
Any RAL color, or galvanized / stainless routes for wet and washdown areas.

Before You Send It
The questions most buyers ask before the first drawing leaves their inbox.
| I only have a photo and rough dimensions. Is that enough? | Yes. It is enough for a budget quotation. We will tell you exactly what we need to firm the price up. |
| Can you copy a trolley I already import? | Usually yes — often with a better weld detail and caster at the same price point. Send the unit or detailed photos. |
| Will my drawings stay with you? | They stay in the project folder only. We sign an NDA before you share anything you consider sensitive. |
| Do you sell to Amazon sellers? | We do, but we will be honest: our best fit is distributors, brands and equipment makers with repeat volume. |
| Can I visit or audit the factory? | Yes. The factory is in Beilun District, Ningbo, about one hour from Ningbo Port. Visits and third-party audits are welcome by appointment. |
