Many trolley problems appear late: wheels do not sit flat, brakes face the wrong side, shelves do not fit after coating, drawers bind, handles feel too low, bolts are hard to reach or packaging scratches the finish. A good assembly plan catches these problems before shipment.

How This Process Affects Trolley Performance

Caster and brake decisions

PU wheels suit many smooth indoor floors. Rubber wheels help with noise and floor protection. Nylon wheels can handle harder surfaces and heavier loads. Pneumatic wheels are better for rougher routes. Two fixed plus two swivel casters give directional control, while four swivel casters improve tight turning. Brake position should match loading and parking behavior.

Hardware and accessories

Tool carts may need drawers, locks, pegboards and hooks. Library carts need quiet wheels, smooth edges and shelf lips. Film carts need tie-down points, cable hooks, high lips and matte finish. Warehouse carts may need label holders, tote dividers, removable sides or scanners. These details should be specified before the sample.

Export packing review

Packing is part of product design. Powder-coated parts need scratch protection. Large welded frames may need pallet reinforcement. Knock-down trolleys need hardware bags, labels and clear assembly order. Buyers should confirm target container quantity and whether the trolley will be assembled by distributor staff or end users.

Should I choose fully assembled or knock-down packing?

Fully assembled saves destination labor but uses more freight volume. Knock-down packing saves space but needs a structure designed for easy assembly.

Can the wheel model be kept the same for repeat orders?

Yes, the approved wheel model, load rating, bolt pattern and brake style should be recorded with the drawing and purchase file.

Can you add our logo and labels?

Logo plates, stickers, warning labels, carton labels and barcode labels can be discussed if artwork and placement requirements are provided.

What should be tested before shipment?
